How are you able to offer such great deals on art?
We are not a wholesaler. We are not a distributor. We are experienced picture framers who have years of experience of building frames and adding great art to them. One of our secrets is that we have great sources. Because we have access to so many artists' work, we can offer a wonderfully diverse collection of art. Our goal is to select images that will enhance your surroundings, offer them well designed and framed ready to hang on the wall. We consider hundreds of images each week and select only the most interesting, decorative images.

Do you have other pieces of art for sale?
We have an unlimited supply of images to select from. Each week we are adding new selections to the website. We will continue to add as we understand more of what our gallery customers are looking for.

What do I get with my order?
Your art is complete and ready to hang on your wall. You don't have to go to the frame shop, department store, or a craft store to "finish" the piece. Just place your order, wait a few days for your art to get there, unwrap it and hang it. Can it be any easier?

How long does it take to get my order?
We ship most orders in 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email when the order ships with the tracking information included, so you can see when it will arrive at your doorstep.

What does shipping cost?
The price you see on the site is the price. We have a flat rate of $14.95 ground charges for each frame. Each frame is individually wrapped and boxed. No additional handling charges or processing fees. At this time, we ship only to the 48 Continental United States.

How do you ship my order?
We ship exclusively through FedEx Ground. Shipments normally take between 2 and 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep, from when your order is shipped.

What if I don't get my order?
If you do not receive your order with 15 days, drop us an email. You will not get an automated response from a machine, you will get an email from a real person with an exact answer about the status of your order, why it hasn't arrived yet, and what we're doing to correct the problem, if there is one. 

What's the return policy?  

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can ship you a replacement. If the artwork somehow does not meet the quality you expected, please contact us within 15 days so that we can ship you a replacement or issue you a store credit.

If you are returning an item for store credit, you will be responsble for the returning shipping cost.  The artwork must be in its original condition. We will issue a store credit once we have received the item back from you and have confirmed that it is in its original condition.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
